We want to make sure that when you stay at the Coach House you are assured that we have taken the correct steps to make your visit enjoyable.
Nothing is more important in these times than the peace of mind that the property you are staying in has been cleaned to the highest standard. Our cleaning has always been at the very highest standard, but we have now embraced a new cleaning protocol which ensures the property is cleaned and sanitised thoroughly before your stay.
We usually like to welcome you personally, show you around the Coach House on arrival and have a chat.
For now, we need to operate a bit differently – we will welcome you from afar and check-in will now be contactless. Unfortunately this means we cannot show you around the property but we have provided detailed instructions within the property on how to operate the heating and kitchen appliances and we are, of course, available throughout your stay should you have any questions.
We have provided a hand sanitiser unit in the downstairs hallway for your use.
Unfortunately, for now, we have had to remove a few of the homely touches from the Coach House to meet our more stringent cleaning and sanitising protocols. This includes the bed runner and cushions which dress the bed, our book and DVD libraries, magazines and games. We think it looks a little bare but are sure that when you unpack it will be just fine and hopefully we can get back to normal soon!
We have also reduced the inventory in the kitchen a little. On changeover days all of the crockery, cutlery and glassware will be washed at a high temperature in the dishwasher and this will be made more manageable by reducing the inventory. If you need any additional glassware or crockery during your stay, please just let us know and we will provide you with extras.
Guests showing symptoms of Covid-19 should follow current Scottish Government Guidance.
